Scooby Doo CakeThis cake was made for Kristen's cousin's child. It was for his 5th birthday. He was into Scooby Doo, and she was more than pleased to create this fun cake for him. Kristen hand-sculpted the entire cake to make it look like Scooby Doo's head. The cake is covered in chocolate fondant. The accents are gumpaste and fondant. The cake was flavored with Princess cake flavoring (vanilla, citrus, and caramel). She colored the cakes turquoise and orange to match the Scooby Doo theme. The filling was white vanilla buttercream.
