Viva Las Vegas CakeThis cake was custom designed for a client. The client requested a Las Vegas theme for a birthday cake. The cake is made from chocolate cake with a red-colored raspberry buttercream filling. The cake was covered in green vanilla-flavored buttercream icing. The cake's border was piped with black vanilla-flavored buttercream icing. The cards and chips were handmade out of fondant and painted on with edible paint. Isomalt red jewels flanked the sides of the cake.
