Taking a little vacation for a while...

Due to some health issues, Kristen will be taking a vacation away from cakes until September. Connie will still be handling cakes throughout the summer if you need a cake done in the summer months.

We will still be holding consultations and taking orders for cakes during this time so feel free to give us a call or email us with your request!

Hannah Montana Guitar Cake
This cake was designed by Kristen. The cake was hand-carved to resemble an electric guitar. The cake is covered in vanilla buttercream. Edible pearls and isomalt jewels were added for extra flair. The cake itself is marble cake with chocolate buttercream filling.

Dinosaur Cake with Dinosaur Nest Cupcakes
This was created by Kristen. This is tied for one of her favorite cakes. This fun cake was covered in green modeling chocolate. The cake itself is marble cake with vanilla and chocolate buttercream. The marble cupcakes are covered in chocolate buttercream and little gum eggs were placed on top.

Runescape Cake
This cake was designed by Kristen. This cake was a cake designed after the online video game called Runescape. The cake is covered in modeling chocolate and a marbled effect was created by mixing in teal, black, and brown gel. The rocks are made from a mix of white and black modeling chocolate. The Runescape runes/stones were created with a 50/50 mix of fondant and gumpaste. They were painted with teal and brown edible paint. The letters are gumpaste. The sword is also made of gumpaste. The cake itself is marble cake with chocolate and vanilla buttercream.

Our Cakes Throughout the Years: Puppy-themed Topsy Turvy Cake

Puppy-themed Topsy Turvy Cake
Kristen and Connie designed this topsy turvy cake for Kristen's son's 1st birthday. This was their 2nd attempt at a topsy turvy cake. The cake is covered in white fondant with green and blue fondant accents. The cake itself is princess cake flavored (vanilla, citrus, and caramel flavor) with bright green vanilla buttercream filling.

Kristen and Connie designed this topsy turvy cake. This was their 1st practice topsy turvy cake. The cake is covered in white fondant. The accents are made of black fondant. The cakes are made of chocolate and vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting.
