Jimmy Buffett-Themed Birthday CakeThis is tied for Kristen's favorite cakes. She made this cake for her mom's birthday. Connie is a big Jimmy Buffett fan, and Kristen wanted to surprise her with this fun cake. All of the accessories on top are made of almond marzipan. The accessories are an ocean with a shark fin in it, a lady in a bikini laying on a beach towel, flip flops, surfboard, a "cheeseburger in paradise" with french fries, a crab laying on a tube, and of course a margarita! Kristen lined the bottom of the cake with ocean waves and "pop tops". The cake itself is covered in yellow fondant. The cake is a chocolate cake, with a chocolate schmear filling.
